Article 1: Organising company

VET AGENCY, whose registered office is located at 37, rue de Baldersheim – 68110 ILLZACH, under the SIREN number 911011138, is organising free competitions with no obligation to purchase.

Article 2: Conditions of participation

This game is open to any natural person of legal age who is a veterinary student, ASV, TSA/RVT or veterinary surgeon by profession.

The agency reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks on the identity and e-mail address of participants.

Persons who have not provided proof of their full contact details and identity or who have provided them inaccurately or falsely will be disqualified, as will persons refusing the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them and strictly necessary for the purposes of managing the games.

Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with the aforementioned rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of prizes.

Article 3: How to take part

The game is accessible via the contact form flashed using the dedicated QR code or a landing page whose url is communicated by Vet Agency or Recrut Vet from 23 November 2022 to 23 December 2022.

Game mechanics: To take part in the game, simply scan the QR code or connect to the landing page and register to take part in the draw.

Article 4: Selection of winners

Winners will be chosen by random draw.

The winners will be selected after verification of their eligibility to win the prize.

Designated participants will be contacted by e-mail by the organiser. If a participant does not reply within one week of this e-mail being sent, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize and the prize will remain the property of the Organiser.

By accepting the prize, the winner authorises the Organiser to use his/her surname, first name and town and department of residence in any publicity or promotional event, on the Organiser’s website and on any affiliated site or medium, without this use giving rise to any rights or remuneration other than the prize won.

Winners must comply with the rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prizes will not be awarded. Participants authorise all checks concerning their identity, their age, their enrolment at the veterinary school or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. In this respect, the Organiser reserves the right to request a copy of the winner’s identity document before sending the prize. Any false declaration, false indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and, where applicable, the reimbursement of prizes already sent.

The winners undertake to provide a photo of themselves during their stay to the organiser and agree to the publication of this photo on the social networks or media chosen by the organiser without any time limit.

Article 5: PRIZES GIVEN:

VET AGENCY is giving away a Ticketmaster voucher.

Article 6: Delivery of prizes

The Organiser may not be held responsible for sending prizes to an incorrect address due to the winner’s negligence when the prizes must be sent. The Organiser will preferably hand-deliver the prizes to the winner. This information is intended for the Organiser, and may be passed on to its technical service providers and to a service provider responsible for sending the prizes. Participants’ email addresses may be used to send a newsletter and recruitment offers.

Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, players have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them. To exercise these rights, players must send a letter to the organising company.

Article 10: Disputes

These rules are subject to French law.

In order to be taken into account, any disputes relating to the Game must be submitted in writing to the organising company.

And at the latest ninety (90) days after the closing date for participation in the Contest as indicated in these rules.

In the event of a persistent disagreement over the application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
